We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover and authenticated purchase orders from schools, institutions and government agencies.  Purchase orders are on net 30 terms.  We reserve the right to not accept a purchase order if your Accounts Payable department has consistently taken longer than 30 days to pay.

Bids

Sport About would like the opportunity to bid on your school’s athletic equipment list.  You may send your bid list to us using one of 3 methods:  via fax to 805-543-3644, via e-mail to info@sportaboutequipment.com, via mail to Sport About P.O. Box 2167, Aptos, CA 95001.  Please mark your list with a need by date so we can complete your bid as soon as possible.

Shipping

Sport About uses UPS on most orders.  Please let us know if you would rather ship your item by the US Post Office.  Items that are very large or heavy will need to be shipped by truck.  Please contact us for a shipping quote on those items.  Due to fluctuating fuel costs we reserve the right to change any shipping charges at any time even after you have submitted your order.  For international shipments or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico please call for shipping quote.

Pricing

Every effort has been made to ensure that prices on our website are correct but occasionally errors are made and require correction.  We reserve the right to update or modify our pricing and terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted.  We will notify you first if there are any pricing changes so that you can determine if you still want the item.
